Hi, I apologize -- my link to your blog was broken and I was gone all day with no access to internet. It's fixed now, so I hope people will continue to jog here.
Hi, Just stopping by on my way through the Blog Jog Day blogs. I saw your old post and wanted to mention that I stopped smoking 33 years ago when I lost my friend to cancer. I decided to stop smoking in his honor, though he didn't go because of lung cancer. It was not easy but I did it gradually and never went back to it. In fact, I became extremely allergic to smoke. I admire anyone who can rid themselves of this dangerous habit.:)
I quit smoking (a 3 pack a day habit) in 1976. I hope everyone who wants to quit finds a way to do so. It's a crime in my way of thinking tha tobacco is sold in this country. Selling poison over the counter and hoping their customers become addicted. It's shameful.
Thank you for hosting a stop on the Blog Jog.

I quit smoking in 1998. I gained a ton of weight, but I can breathe!
